What happens on the day of a flood? How do insurers respond? This talk will look at the instant response mechanisms of home insurers in flooding. In addition to supporting our customers, we look at how we deploy emergency aid, and the pitfalls we need to watch out for.

Finally we will explore some of the ways we help mitigate flooding, including our investment into natural flood management (NFM).
