About me
Abhay works as Head of ESG at Weightmans LLP, where he is responsible for supporting key clients on ESG & Sustainability matters with his technical expertise, while leading the firm’s own ESG strategy and integration into the operating model. Abhay is credited with co-authoring an ESG guide for the insurance brokers in the UK.
Abhay has around fourteen years of experience working in sustainability/ESG areas, during which he has been associated with multi-national organisations in energy and beverages sector, where he had held various roles covering sustainability strategy, impact investments, ESG assurance & reporting, ESG integration into supply-chains and multiple infrastructure projects.
Outside of his full-time role at Weightmans, Abhay serves on the Board of Directors for an early-stage, impact focused enterprise in sustainable fashion and at Business Improvement District (BID) for a London borough.
